Persian and Indian craftsmen worked together to build the garden-tomb, far grander than any tomb built before in the Islamic world, ii has a particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent.  It is the first of the grand dynastic mausoleums that were to become synonyms of Mughal architecture. The Sikh religion is the ninth religion with the largest number of believers in the world and its main motto is to see God in each one of us. Hence, equality is above all else. Perhaps these dogmas of faith explain the hospitality with which the temple staff receive hundreds of people daily.
