General Policies:

Check-in Policy – Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

Convention Policy – Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policies – Student Groups/Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense. Parties in rooms are not permitted.EFFECTIVE FROM 03/30/21

Minimum Age Condition: At least one person 21 years or older is required in every room during February thru May. The Hotel reserves the right of admission and may request guests show passport or official ID to prove age. During the remainder of the year, at least one person 18 or older is required in every room. Guests can and will be removed from the property at their own expense in case of any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff.

Transfer Policy – A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
