Bonito Rose, where the classy Italian ambiance and culinary artistry of celebrity chef Antonio de Livier. Serving thin-crusted grilled pizzas, the finest meats, fish and succulent seafood, elegant risoto and pastas enhanced by attentive service and selections from a sophisticated wine cellar. Open for dinner with indoor or patio dining. Dress code is Cabo casual-elegance. Gentlemen’s shorts with casual shoes are accepted and children under the age of eight are not permitted.
